Services & engagements
Specific project or product engagements (custom development, dedicated staffing, Wave product subscriptions, etc.) are governed by a separate signed agreement or order form between you and Waveinno, which takes precedence over this general website Terms of Service for that engagement.
Intellectual property
All content on this website — including the Waveinno name, logo, and Wave product names — is the property of Waveinno Solutions or its licensors and may not be used without prior written permission. Ownership of custom software delivered under a client engagement is governed by that engagement's signed agreement.
Confidentiality
Information shared with us through the contact form, a discovery call, or during an active engagement is treated as confidential and used only to evaluate or deliver the relevant engagement, consistent with our Privacy Policy.

This website and its content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Limitation of liability
