Product Manager, WaveAI

Own the roadmap for WaveAI — the applied-AI platform behind every Wave product's document intelligence, forecasting, and automation features — working closely with clients who need a specific business problem solved, not a demo.

Responsibilities

• Define and prioritize the WaveAI roadmap across internal products and direct clients
• Translate ambiguous client problems into scoped, shippable model features
• Work with the ML and engineering teams on model observability and rollout strategy
• Own go-to-market messaging for new WaveAI capabilities

Requirements

• 3+ years product management experience, ideally with ML/data products
• Comfortable reading model evaluation metrics well enough to challenge them
• Strong written communication — this role writes specs, not just tickets
