Design the interfaces for the Wave product suite — from a hospital roster screen to a fleet-dispatch dashboard — where clarity under real operational pressure matters more than visual flourish.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end design for one or more Wave products
- Run user research with actual operators (HR staff, dispatchers, finance teams)
- Maintain and extend the shared Wave design system
- Partner directly with engineering through implementation, not just handoff
Requirements
- 4+ years designing production software (not just marketing sites)
- Portfolio showing complex, data-dense interface work
- Comfortable talking to real users, not just working from a brief
- Figma fluency; some front-end (HTML/CSS) literacy a plus
